Shipping Policy

Local Delivery — Southern California

We offer free local delivery to customers within the Southern California area. Local orders are hand-delivered to ensure your meats and seafood arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Delivery days and availability may vary — if you have questions about whether your address qualifies for local delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Nationwide Shipping — FedEx Ground

All orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped via FedEx 2day. Orders are carefully packed with insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We do not ship over weekends to avoid delays that could compromise product quality during transit. orders after 2pm PT are processed the following business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Important

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery. Because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend refrigerating or freezing your items immediately upon receipt.


Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
