Ingredients:

  • 8oz filet mignon (room temp)

  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1 tbsp high-smoke oil (grapeseed, canola)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)

Method:
