  • "Cordon Bleu" translates to “blue ribbon” – symbolizing culinary excellence

  • Consists of:

    • Butterflied and pounded chicken breast

    • Slices of ham (or prosciutto)

    • Swiss cheese (like Gruyère or Emmental)

    • Crispy breadcrumb coating

  1. Cook It

    • Oven (healthier):
      Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through. Spray lightly with oil before baking.

    • Pan-fry (classic):
      Fry in a mix of butter and oil on medium heat, 4–5 min per side until crisp and internal temp hits 165°F (74°C). Finish in oven if needed.
